Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Swimwear Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all bikini bottoms must be returned with the original protective liner fully intact.

Items with the liner removed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over underwear.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at soleda@soledaswim.com with your order number.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to secure a different size or style is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
