We deliver products within UAE and internationally via third-party courier services.

Delivery within UAE takes 1–3 working days. International delivery takes approximately 4–10 working days depending on destination.

Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delays.

Proof of delivery may be required and should be signed and confirmed by the customer upon receipt.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 45 days to be processed.
